Problem Solving

Problem? No Problem!

by King Sidharth on August, 2009

How often do you wake up and start making a mental list of your problems? “Assignment deadline coming, girlfriend is angry, running out of medicine, bill payments…” are these morning greetings you for yourself? A friend asked me something today. She said that whenever she tries to do something, she loses in between to problems. By the time end is near, all is mess and she is scared of hurdles and gives up.
I promised to answer her in blog, and here it is. I love this classic quote:

Don’t tell God that you have a big problem; tell problem that you have a big God.

Problems are Good

No problem is big enough to scare us off our goals. In fact, problems are meant to make us goal oriented! Look at it this way, if life was all goody stuff, won’t it be boring? Even fairytale have problems. They are something to be rejoicing about because they tell us that we are moving. They exist so we cloud define success more clearly.

The way we see the problem is the problem
-Stephen R. Covey

It is fine till here, but the real problem comes when we start taking problems more seriously than goals. We indulge so much in problem that we forget what actual cause was.

Stop Manifesting More Problems

We focus so much on problem and give it so much attention that we start offering more of problematic vibrations and then that is what The Law of Attraction brings in more. Like attracts like. Sometimes we even day dream about what worse could happen, and it manifests!
Then we often start feeling worthless and enthusiasm flows away, all the excitement is gone. And we think it is better to leave. And rest of the story is familiar to us. Harder we try to fight, more it comes to us.

What you resist persists.

If you are feeling bad about problem; instead of challenge, passion or so on. STOP RIGHT THERE! You are moving in direction of more problems. Stop thinking about it, stop talking about it, stop writing about it, stop calling everyone you know about because by doing all this you are manifesting more of it. Instead focus on your original goal till you are have your excitement and enthusiasm back! Now, there is no problem.

Laughter is the Best Medicine and Problem Solver

Laugh at your problems; everybody else does.

Changing your feelings about problems is most important again. So put some laughter shows on, watch Robin Williams on YouTube, and watch comedy movies. This will really help.
In nutshell, a problem is a problem till you allow it to exist in your mind. Till you allow your goals to fly out of focus.
So when you wake up tomorrow, say to yourself –

Today is a wonderful day, no matter what.
