Going to US

One of My friends wanted to go to Unites States for his collage education. He got admission in a good university, got a scholarship which covered nearly half of his fees. For remaining expenses he planned to apply for an education loan.
Nearly two weeks ago, he called me and told me that he has canceled his plan of going to US. It was quiet shocking. He said that he was too afraid to take such a big loan, unsure if he will be able to pay back the loan or not. What if he couldn’t do well in academics? They will suspend his loan and he will have to return and so on.
After listening to him, I asked him,

“What do you want?”

“I want all these too many problems to be solved and get all the money I need to go to U.S.” He answered. “Well then you are certainly not going to U.S.!”,I said. At this statement he was shocked and asked why I said so.

I explained to him that he wasn’t focusing on what he wanted – Going to U.S., instead he was focusing on his ‘all too many problems’ and that is exactly what he was manifesting – more problems.
I told him to decide on which date he wanted to leave and pack his stuff. And do everything he would have done if he was going to U.S.

“Act like what and who you want to be…”

He did exactly that, 2 weeks later he called me and in an excited voice he told me, “I am leaving for U.S. on 19th August! I made it.”
