Alas! I’ve never read such words anywhere in spiritual or religious literature. And who will ask us to prove ourselves? Them? Ha! We are trying to prove ourselves to them, and they are doing the same. But there is nothing to prove.
Does God want you to prove yourself? Why would he? He knows you better than you. He knows all you were, are, would be and most important – can be.
So are we trying to prove ourselves to ourselves? What’s the point? It’s not about proving. It’s about exploring and expressing. When we stop trying to prove and simply express ourselves. Creativity flows in abundance and we outshine. This way we explore ourselves.
And most important, the whole point behind this is to make us feel good, to experience joy. There is no other motive of life but joy. Be happy and that’s the proof of your success – for that is ultimate achievement and you have it now.

I just found your blog from SS101 and I just read this post. This really got to me. I can't get past the fact that you come across so right. We are all trying to prove ourselves but in the end, why?
We are all unique individuals and all have greatness to share with the rest of the world. All of us do. Not one of us are left out if we understand how this all works together. Being yourself and expressing your creativity to others who appreciate what you have to offer is what it's really about.
What you learn and do and how you live your life after that is just simple common ideas.
Hey Eric!
It's so great to hear from you! I see you everywhere (commenting meaningfully) and it's a matter of pride for me to have you here. Thanks to Nicholas and SS101.
That's exactly my point. Why be in so much of competition and proving games. Let go and live as you are – there is no other like you – you do not have any competition .
Hoping to hear from you more often.
